Hyundai launches its first electric SUV in India


Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched its first pure electric passenger car which guarantees 449 km on single-charging, stylish exteriors and interiors. 39.2 kWh Lithium-ion polymer battery pack at Rs 25.30 lakh.

Hyundai Kona EV is the first SUV in India which follows runs with electric charging concept and is ARAI-certified. This beautiful, electricity-driven car is accompanied by exotic and stylish interiors with the unique front grille, split headlamp setup, and charging port which guarantees 80% charging within 54 minutes.

Powerful, efficient, stylish and smart Hyundai Kona is a complete package which is launched in India today. This car will be available with 14 dealers in 11 cities. Also, the company has a tie-up with Indian oil so that you can charge your car at fast charging stations in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Chennai. Apart from this, Hyundai’s dealers are asked to set up charging stations in their showrooms and they are also giving 8 years upto 1,60,000 km warranty on Lithium-ion polymer batteries.
