Office Working Hours should include travelling time

New Delhi: Most of the people in jobs often suffer from travelling issues. Some leave 2 hours early then some leave 1 hour just to cut the travelling time and reach on time. As per the reports were given by IWG Global Workspace, more than 15000 employees suffer from time problems.

However, the time is taking a shift, 80% of India’s companies are allowing their employees to work flexibly in their working. Approximately 61% of the employees feel that travelling time should be included in office hours whereas other 40% say that travelling is a daily routine task and it cannot be avoided, but, one must try to decrease its timing.

Keeping everything in mind, 71-80% of companies globally are considering the option of flexible timings to the employees as this will improve their productivity at work.
