“Talks and Terror cannot go Hand-in-Hand,” says Rajnath Singh, Says will re-establish good relations with Pak only after one condition!

Rajnath Singh

New Delhi: After the ferocious air strike by India, Home Minister Rajnath Singh shared his thoughts on Terrorism. He said that air strike is indeed a commendable retaliation against the Pulwama Terror Attack but linking it with elections is not right.

When asked about his views on maintaining cordial relations with Pakistan, he said that “We can have a dialogue with Pakistan. We also want to have good relations with the neighbouring country. But, terrorism cannot go hand-in-hand with talks.” In addition to his statement, Singh said that Pak government should try to destroy all the terror groups living on their land and no patronage should be given to them on Pak’s soil. If Pakistan agrees to take strict actions against terrorism, then India and Pakistan can talk.”

The External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj also said that talks and terror do not go together. She added that “If PM Imran Khan is so generous and a statesman, then he should give us Masood Azhar.”
