Less Alcohol– Despite you feel warmer while drinking alcohol. Your body temperature is actually dropping, which can hurt your immune system and ability to fight the infection. If you are sick, don’t consume alcohol it only damages our immune system.


More Water- It is important that you stay hydrated because when you don’t have enough water, your body will not be able to maintain immunity and when you are sick your body losses more water than usual. So, drink at least 3-4 liters of water every day.


More Sleep- If you don’t sleep at least 6 hours, the natural killer cells falls by at least 50 percent and your body’s first line of defense to kill the germ is wasted.

More Honey– Not only does honey help control your cough, but it also has some anti-bacterial properties which our body require. So, use honey instead of white or brown sugar.


Less Stress- When your body is stressed, it creates a stress hormone which hampers your body immune response. So relax, meditate a little and take chill pill.
